Our goal and policy is to serve our clients in a timely, professional and caring manner and to treat our clients' pets with respect, dignity, and compassion. Our clients and patients are the heart of our practice and the reason we are here. Providing friendly, cheerful and courteous service to our clients and patients is the definition of our purpose and the mission of our practice. In addition, we pledge to do our best to care for the sick and injured wildlife of our community.
Doctor's Hours
Appointments may be made by telephone. The appointment system enables us to give you and your pet our personal and undivided attention during your appointed time. We make every effort to be on time, however, emergencies may upset our schedule. Any delay will be explained and will be no longer than is necessary to stabilize the emergency.
Walk-ins are welcome and are seen
between appointments in the order of arrival.
Fees & Payments
Our fees are structured to provide progessive veterinary medical and surgical services. If you wish we will provide estimates for trement before we enter into any treatment. A deposit is required when animals are left at the hospital. All accounts must be paid in full before a pet is discharged. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash and we employ the services of CareCredit for your convenience.
Continuing Education
In our continuing effort to provide care for your pet, our doctors, technicians, and staff attend continuing education seminars and conferences on a regular basis.
